Attention all consumers we have all seen the "Bad Check" List in most businesses we shop at today, to be honest people who issue Bad Checks on purpose should spend more time in JAIL, however sometimes accidents happen such as a failed direct deposit or just a simple accounting mistake this can cause a Snow Ball Effect and cost a person a ton of money and or their freedom.
I am seeing a trend in most areas where the home rental business is growing like weeds, it is about time for those honest hard working property owners to get a break. But on the other hand lets talk about those bad / unfair landlords who will find any reason to keep your 600.00 security deposit even after you have paid your rent on time through out the lease. Well this question comes out of concern and respect for our fellow citizens who for one reason or another have been ignored by the landlord, property manager ,or what ever title they are going by.We want to help those of you who have been treated like dirt , our goal is to help make the Gulf Coast a better place to live no matter if you rent or purchase. Every one who spends their hard earned money each and every month for a home to live in with their families should have equal rights, be treated with kindness by their manager, and most importantly have a safe place to live without fear of getting evicted if they ask for something to be repaired.
